Philadelphia Indemnity claims department for Policies beginning with PHCV & GD.

Our 800 line is open 24 hours and has local (Phila) Assistants answering from 8:30AM to 8PM. We are open Monday through Friday with claims Examiners working regular business hours EST 8:30 AM to 4:30PM. After those hours, you can reach the claims center, leave your information and a claims examiner will contact you during normal hours of operation.
