Grundy client, Chris Young, says that the real highlight of his time with his '64 VW Transporter was in December of 1999, when he received a phone call from Playboy Magazine, requesting the usage of his vehicle for the centerfold of the May 2000 issue.
Chris' story appeared in an issue of the Grundy Weekly Reader that showcased his bus for collectors across the country to read.
Other featured Grundy-insured cars have included J.R. Goodman’s ’72 Challenger that was chosen to be restored on the TLC show Overhaulin’ and Don Freedman’s 1937 Ford Woodie that travels to car shows with his American Rods and Rides display.
Other newsletters have featured personalities like Barry White from the TLC program Wrecks to Riches and Grundy Underwriting Manager Chuck Wasoski—who both rely on Grundy Worldwide when making sure their own collector vehicles are insured properly.

That next story could be about you and your car!
Every collector vehicle has a special story behind it. Grundy Worldwide would like to tell fellow hobbyists the story behind your baby.
