Sunday, May 20th is Family Fun Day at the Goodguys 3rd DuPont Great American Nationals, presented by Grundy Worldwide, at the GIANT Center at Hersheypark

(Hershey, PA)—Sunday, May 20th is Family Fun Day at the Goodguys 3rd DuPont Great American Nationals, presented by Grundy Worldwide. The Family Fun Day promotion has been a long time coming.

“We wanted to do something for the kids and introduce the younger folks to the wonderful world of rods & customs,” said Goodguys President Marc Meadors.

How does it work?

If you have kids ages 12 and under, they can enter the event free of charge, with a paid adult.

This three-day automotive extravaganza, part of a 23-event national series produced by Goodguys Rod & Custom Association, showcases over 2,500 chromed and candy-colored rods, customs and classics thru ‘72, plus commercial exhibits, a used auto parts swap meet, cars for sale corral, specialty vehicle corrals, nostalgia entertainment by Rick K and the Allnighters on Saturday and Sunday, model and pedal car show, and lots of fun for the entire family. The event will be concluded with an awards ceremony on Sunday at 2:22 pm at the entertainment stage.

The event will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 18-20 at GIANT Center at Hersheypark.Gates are open Friday and Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm and Sunday 8 am to 3 pm. Tickets are available at the box office at the GIANT Center all three days or online at www.good-guys.com. General admission tickets are $15, Kids (7-12) are $6 and 6 and under are free. Sunday is Family Fun Day.Kids are admitted free! There is an $8 parking fee charged by GIANT Center.

(Hershey, PA)—The Goodguys 3rd DuPont Great American Nationals, presented by Grundy Worldwide, returns to the great state of Pennsylvania for three days of nostalgia hot rodding fun and currently boasts registered participants from over 25 states and Canada including Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Quebec, Canada, Texas, Virginia, Michigan, New York, Delaware, Georgia, Kentucky, California, Ontario, Canada, Tennessee, Illinois, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Florida, Maine, Vermont, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

“We are very proud to be returning to Hersheypark again this year. We think that this facility gives us a great combination to stage a terrific event.We look forward to returning to Hershey Park for many more years” says Marc Meadors, President, Goodguys Rod & Custom Association.
