Nicole, I wish to thank you for your help in expediting my policy. I just finished the upgrades on my car for this year; finally air conditioning and electric windshield wipers. Please let Rich Klauser know that his efforts were also appreciated. Without fast turnaround of the paperwork, and being able to conduct our business via email, fax, and phone, I would have missed one of the best car shows held in Utah for the year it is this Saturday.
